It took me 2 months to finally connect with Sonya after I booked my session and she has been SPOT ON about everything. I'm glad I put myself on the wait list.

To sum up my work with Sonya, leaves me with a really intense statement....She has allowed me to form a deep bond with God that I had no clue was even possible. In a hope to find some semblance of inner peace during a turbulent time, I made sure to carve out the 1 hour a week I needed to be present for meditation class. It was a big ask of my schedule, but I felt I needed something to help support me though I wasn't sure what that might be. I simply remembered how much I enjoyed her meditations from when I had gotten to know her thru a private coaching retreat by Ryan Blair. I had no idea how important her meditations would become to me. I later on took the opportunity to do my first ever energy session with her and found the experience to be deeply profound to me personally. I did a plant medicine journey with Sonya at the begining of the new year and it was a truly transformative experience. She open her home and created a safe space that allowed me to feel comfortable while I was undergoing my journey. I did a quantum healing session with the lovely Sonya and it exceeded my expectations! In a charming and playful way, Sonya has helped me and several of my friends navigate our metaphysical challenges. When I first learned about the different ways Sonya could help me, while being open-minded, I really couldn’t conceptualize exactly how I would benefit from one of her sessions. However, as the session went underway, I immediately felt a connection to the information she was giving me. The most interesting part for me was that I was actually experiencing physical sensations during a healing portion of my session. Just as she described, my energy felt different and better within a few days and I feel like a stronger and more confident woman (just in time to start a new job, whew)! During my session with Sonya she was able to see into my past lives and realease and heal some traumas that did not even belong to me. It has helped me to have a deeper understanding of why I have struggled with some issues that didn't make sense. She also did chakra clearing and healing and was able to explain what those blockages were related to. In the days following I noticed major changes in my body and a release of tension. Physical and emotional baggage that I have carried for years and lifetimes were being lifted of my body and my soul. I feel so much more aligned now and at peace. My session with Sonya was fun and lighthearted, yet we went in deep. The healing actually seemed to begin before the session even began as I had the strangest dreams that morning with a lot of old memories coming up. Once in the session I had many visuals and experienced healings by other benevolent people or beings in realities beyond this one. This all made its way back into this body of mine, my solar plexus feeling intensely inflamed. I somehow moved my consciousness right into its space and then the next thing I knew the energy moved up and out of my body via my right arm, with acute pain in my upper arm for a period of time that subsided a little while after the session. All quite strange yet feeling somehow natural, and Sonya was a welcome and trusted ambassador throughout. Since the session, I have been in a lighter state and notice that my solar plexus feels different to before. I guess I'll see in due time what shifts may occur in my life as a result.

Working with Sonya was a absolute pleasure. She’s a total powerhouse, works with karmic-level energy, and shows up to the session ready to get some real work done—AND was kind, compassionate, and sweet. I really appreciate the energetic respect in the relational field between us and how productive our time was.
